After completing his initial training and internships in biochemistry, Philippe Balthazar turned to computer engineering. After graduation, he worked as a programmer analyst in a digital services company. He was looking forward eventually to combining his interests in health research and computer science. At the GRIIS, he is excited to be able to make a concrete contribution to science, health and technology. His two dogs, Gustave, a Pomeranian–Welsh Corgi cross, and Abby, a Border Collie, give him exercise outside of work. Otherwise, you will find him renovating his house!
