Presentation

Émilie is pursuing a master’s degree in research on legal, ethical, and social issues related to the secondary use of health data. Her project is part of the CLARET search program and focuses on the operationalization of metaconsent within a device designed to regulate the use of this data in a learning health system context.

Her research interests include health law, data governance, regulation of artificial intelligence, and the ethics of emerging technologies. She is working as research and teaching auxiliary, and contributes to interdisciplinary projects at the crossroads of law, technology and public policy «regulation of artificial intelligence»?

Besides her research activities, Émilie is interested in the visual arts, reading, and public legal education.
